Mode Search is exclusively partnered with an exciting luxury RTW fashion brand in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to assist the CEO. This role is working 5 days a week in the office in London. You will be supporting with all aspects of their position, and personal life with focus on time management, efficient communication with various stakeholders and diligent completion of various admin tasks.
The Role:
- Provide outstanding confidential EA support to the CEO.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external senior and executive managers and their assistants to facilitate effective communications and support transactions.
- Confidentially review emails and other correspondence, and help manage these through responding/actioning tactical requests, and highlighting any which need urgent attention.
- Preparation of documents, reports and presentation material.
- Co-ordination of reports, charts and management information.
- Administration of expenses, invoices and budget tracking.
- Screen and manage telephone calls, enquiries and emails on behalf of the Managing Director, dealing with routine matters in their absence and producing concise file notes to record occurrences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of providing EA support at an Executive level.
- Professionalism and confidentiality.
- Extremely organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Tenacious approach to work with the ability to multi-task and prioritise across workloads.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in listening to needs and formulating a plan to achieve results.
- Flexible in ways of workings and approach.
