Lead and manage multiple retail locations within a luxury airport environment • Drive sales performance, productivity, and KPI delivery across all sites • Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing management and sales teams • Build a strong clientelling culture to maximise sales opportunities and client loyalty • Monitor business performance, analysing key metrics and implementing strategic action plans • Partner closely with senior leadership to drive commercial success and team engagement Proven experience in multi-site management or senior retail leadership within luxury or premium retail • Strong track record of delivering sales growth and leading high-performing teams • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and hands-on mindset • Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
