Mode is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised contemporary luxury womenswear brand seeking an experienced Concession Manager for a Central London location. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile retail space within one of London's most prestigious luxury department store environments. This business continues to experience strong growth and is seeking a commercially driven leader who is passionate about client experience, team development, and luxury retail excellence. This role is full-time, permanent, and reports directly to the District Manager.

The Role

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Drive full-price sales through exceptional customer service, commercial awareness, and proactive selling techniques.
  • Monitor daily trading performance, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability at all times.
  • Produce regular sales and business performance updates, highlighting successes, opportunities, and key commercial insights.
  • Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to influence product assortment and ensure the right mix for the location.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and ensure the concession is presented to luxury retail standards.
  • Build strong relationships with department store management and key internal stakeholders to support commercial success.
  • Organise and execute client events, promotional activities, and team engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and grow a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, outreach, styling appointments, and CRM activity.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business at client events, activations, and exclusive appointments.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the concession, delivering a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience within luxury fashion retail, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.
  • Previous experience managing a concession, boutique, or department store location is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets, driving KPIs, and developing a strong client book.
  • Strong understanding of the contemporary luxury fashion market.
  • Experience using CRM and clienteling tools to drive customer retention and repeat business.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and retail reporting systems.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.
