Mode Search is supporting a luxury fashion house in the search for a Customer Care and E-commerce Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is passionate about exceptional service and eager to grow their career within e-commerce and digital operations in the luxury retail space.

This position is based in London, with a hybrid working set-up that includes time at both the brand’s head office and their store. The role reports directly to the E-commerce Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

The Role

  • Provide prompt, personalised support via email, phone, LiveChat, WhatsApp, and Instagram
  • Manage post-sale care, resolve issues, and coordinate bespoke or Made-to-Order requests
  • Liaise with internal teams and dispatch to ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment
  • Maintain and update website content in line with product launches and priorities
  • Support product uploads, merchandising, and tagging
  • Coordinate e-commerce photography, including flat shots and ghost mannequin imagery
  • Assist with e-commerce shoots, planning and logistics
  • Conduct regular site walk-throughs, flagging UX and product detail improvements
  • Contribute to CRM activities and customer segmentation

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A genuine interest in luxury customer experience and e-commerce logistics
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high standards of customer care
  • Competency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with the Shopify platform is preferred
  • Flexible to work between head office and retail store as required
  • A collaborative and supportive team player, willing to go the extra mile
