Client Advisor - Contemporary Ladieswear - New Concession Opening

Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised contemporary luxury fashion brand to recruit a Full-Time Stylist for the launch of its brand-new concession within one of London's most iconic luxury department stores. Renowned for its bold, fashion-forward womenswear, vibrant aesthetic and modern approach to luxury, the brand has built an international following and is stocked in some of the world's most prestigious retailers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at the launch of a new concession opening in September 2026, becoming part of a close-knit team of four to five people. Reporting to the Concession Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, driving sales performance and building long-lasting client relationships from day one.

This role is full-time and based within one of London's most iconic luxury department stores, offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting new concession launch.

The Role

• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand's values and elevated aesthetic at all times.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that exceed luxury service standards.
• Drive full-price sales while consistently achieving individual sales and KPI targets.
• Support the Concession Manager in delivering overall concession performance and commercial objectives.
• Build, develop and maintain a loyal client book through proactive clienteling, styling appointments and personalised follow-up.
• Contact clients regularly regarding new arrivals, exclusive events and product launches to maximise repeat business.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently advise clients and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Process deliveries, replenish stock and ensure excellent product availability on the shop floor.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and support seasonal floor moves and product launches.
• Assist with in-store events, VIP shopping experiences and client engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all operational procedures, point-of-sale processes and company policies are followed.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the premium positioning of the brand.

Requirements

• Previous luxury fashion retail experience, ideally within a contemporary or luxury womenswear brand.
• Experience working within a concession or luxury department store environment would be highly advantageous.
• Proven success in building and managing a client book while consistently delivering against individual sales and KPI targets.
• Strong clientelling skills with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
• Passion for contemporary luxury fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Confident using retail systems, CRM/clientelling platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
