Mode Search is partnering with a fast-growing premium menswear label to appoint a Brand Creative Lead. This is a newly created position designed to support the company’s next phase of growth, with an emphasis on content, creative direction, and brand expression across all touchpoints.
This is a Hybrid role based in London, with four days per week in the office and Fridays from home. The Brand Creative Lead will report directly to the Managing Director and work in close partnership with the Creative Director and Marketing Manager.
The Role
- Translate the Creative Director’s vision into compelling concepts across all brand channels.
- Lead the development and delivery of campaigns, lookbooks, social media content, activations, and collaborations.
- Ensure the brand identity is consistently represented across digital, print, retail, and experiential environments.
- Build strong relationships with photographers, stylists, influencers, and other creative partners to elevate brand visibility.
- Identify cultural moments and communities where the brand can authentically engage and grow its influence.
- Oversee and mentor freelance creatives or junior team members where needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to balance creative storytelling with commercial performance.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to ensure the brand maintains a progressive and innovative positioning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative brand role, ideally within fashion, menswear, or lifestyle.
- Strong instinct for cultural relevance and a genuine passion for menswear.
- Proven ability to produce distinctive creative work that builds brand equity.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience in campaign development, creative direction, and community-focused brand building.
- Excellent understanding of fashion and cultural trends, with exposure to the premium or affordable luxury space.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with creative production processes, including shoots, design, and content creation
