Finance Assistant

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant with strong analytical and process thinking, to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.
You’ll be showcasing our brand to enhance awareness from local regions to nationwide.
- Data Entry & record keeping; updating the bookkeeping software daily to ensure financial records are maintained accurately.
- Invoice processing; creating, sending and following up on unpaid invoicing.
- Expense management; managing employee expenses, mileage and overtime payments.
- Bank Reconciliations; carried out monthly to ensure full financial compliance.
- Assisting with budgeting and reporting
- Assisting with monthly pay processing and maintain staff records.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and process thinking.
- Numeracy and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred although not required.
- Room to grow with the company.
