We’re looking for a Head of Operations with strong organisational skills and experience, to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.
You’ll be strategising our internal processes to ensure maximum efficiency across the board.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Continuously analyse and improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, Mentor and develop operations team.
- Manage operational budgets and allocate resources effectively .
- Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Establish and track KPI’s.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage risk.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and team members.
- Confident in building a small team and helping them develop.
