The Management Recruitment Group has been mandated to appoint a General Manager to take operational leadership responsibility for this flagship building. Reporting to the Property Surveyor, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the workspace, leading a team of three alongside multiple service partners to ensure the building consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience. This is a highly visible role requiring an individual who combines strong operational credibility with outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for customer experience. You will lead by example, creating an environment where occupiers, visitors and teams can thrive, whilst driving innovation, continuous improvement and consistently high operational standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the operational delivery of a premium workplace environment
- Managing and developing on-site teams and service partners
