Mode Labs is seeking an NPI Engineer to industrialise our first commercial sensor platform and scale production in Oxfordshire. You will collaborate with R&D to move designs from prototype to pilot builds and into repeatable production, owning processes, tooling and test activities.
This hands-on role spans product build, process development, tooling and data-driven improvements, with responsibility for work packages and manufacturing documentation, while ensuring safe and scalable production.
