Mode Executive is proud to partner with a dynamic, design-led brand in their search for a Sales Director to lead both Retail and Wholesale divisions. This is a pivotal role within a business experiencing exciting growth and transformation.
Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the senior leadership team, the Sales Director will be responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive sales strategy across all commercial channels. This hybrid position offers flexibility, but requires regular presence across store locations and at headquarters.

Develop and implement a robust, commercially focused sales strategy for both retail and wholesale channels.
Lead, inspire, and grow high-performing sales and customer-facing teams, championing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-first thinking.
Partner with area managers to optimise store performance, visual presentation, and operational efficiency.
Provide strategic direction to visual merchandising teams, aligning brand identity with commercial objectives.
Analyse sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for growth, driving data-informed decision making.
Own budgeting and forecasting across all sales channels, ensuring financial effectiveness and maximised ROI.
Attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent across the sales and design functions, fostering an environment where teams thrive.

Proven senior leadership experience within a multi-channel sales environment—preferably in luxury retail or the home/interiors sector.
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving growth while preserving brand ethos.
Demonstrated success in designing and scaling effective sales strategies.
Strong financial acumen with full P&L accountability and forecasting experience.
An empowering, motivational leader committed to team development and high performance.
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
Willingness to travel across the UK and maintain a visible presence in-store.
