Mode Executive is partnering with a distinguished luxury fashion house to appoint a Global Product Director who will drive the strategic vision, development, and performance of the brand’s global product portfolio across all categories including womens and mens RTW, accessories and footwear. This is a pivotal leadership role shaping the future direction of the brand’s offering across these categories. The position is based full time onsite in London. The Product Director reports directly to CEO and works closely with Design, Merchandising, Creative, and Commercial teams to ensure a cohesive, high-performing product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end global product strategy with focus on APAC and international markets, defining the long-term roadmap in alignment with brand vision and business targets.
- Partner with Design to translate creative direction into commercial opportunity while maintaining the integrity of the luxury brand aesthetic.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and brand performance to identify growth opportunities across existing and emerging categories.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail to ensure cohesive product launches and seasonal narratives.
- Monitor product performance and profitability, recommending actions to optimise assortment, pricing, and margin.
- Ensure sustainability considerations are embedded into product decisions and future developments.
- Represent the product function at leadership forums, contributing to broader brand and commercial strategy discussions.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in senior product leadership roles within the luxury fashion sector internationally, APAC experience is a must have.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of global fashion markets and consumer behaviours.
- Expert ability to balance creativity and business objectives while protecting brand DNA.
