Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the global wholesale strategy across all categories, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Market Development: Manage and expand wholesale partnerships across key international markets.
- Regional Tailoring: Identify new commercial opportunities and tailor market-specific strategies to maximise performance in APAC, the US, and other priority regions.
- Commercial Oversight: Lead seasonal buy planning, sales forecasting, and budget ownership in collaboration with planning and merchandising teams.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sell-through and account performance, using data to drive informed decisions and optimise regional results.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing wholesale team, fostering strong brand representation and commercial excellence.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand in global wholesale meetings, showroom presentations, and key trade events.
