With strong global momentum and experience working directly with the creative director, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints and drive retail excellence.

Role location: London / Paris

This strategic role reports into senior leadership and offers exciting scope for creative and career progression.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the global VM strategy across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all store formats.
  • Develop seasonal floor sets, window displays, and in-store visuals.
  • Collaborate with buying, retail, and marketing teams for aligned execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of regional VM leads.
  • Conduct store visits and VM audits across key markets.
  • Optimise space planning, fixture layouts, and customer flow.
  • Track performance and adapt strategy based on retail insights.
Requirements
  • Extensive VM experience in luxury or premium fashion.
