We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join Haydock Medical Centre on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, patient-centred pharmaceutical care, optimising medicines safely and effectively, and driving innovation in Primary Care.

Main duties of the job
This is a dynamic, patient-facing Clinical Pharmacist role, focused on delivering evidence-based pharmaceutical care in Primary Care. You will use your expert knowledge of medicines to support patients with specific disease areas and long-term conditions. Key responsibilities include:
- Clinically assessing, diagnosing, and prescribing (where qualified)
- Optimising medicines and improving prescribing safety
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
- Supporting medication reviews and structured medicines optimisation
- Contributing to service development and innovative working practices
- Working with Divisional Boards and the National Modality Business Support Team to deliver strategic priorities
