You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of services, contributing to meaningful improvements in primary care and patient outcomes, working across Judges Close and Ship Street Surgeries.

Main duties of the job:
This is a varied, non-patient-facing administrative role providing essential back-office support to the division. You will deliver an efficient service by prioritising workloads, processing documentation accurately and on time, and communicating effectively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. The role includes organising and supporting meetings, preparing and tracking medical and insurance reports, managing safeguarding and registration requests (including GP2GP workflows), and supporting call-and-recall activity, test results, immunisations, and cytology administration.
You will work flexibly and proactively as part of a wider team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard in line with procedures and service requirements.
