Administration Assistant – Mid Sussex Division, Modality Partnership. Ready to make an impact? We are looking for a motivated and flexible Administration Assistant to join our Mid Sussex Division within Modality Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to provide a comprehensive, high‑quality administrative service supporting service delivery across the division, working collaboratively with both clinical and non‑clinical colleagues.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering efficient and accurate administrative support. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of services across Judges Close and Ship Street Surgeries, contributing to continuous improvements in primary care and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide varied, non‑patient‑facing back‑office support to Modality practices
- Prioritise workloads, process documentation accurately and within required timeframes
- Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Organise and support meetings, prepare and track medical and insurance reports
- Manage safeguarding and registration requests (including GP2GP workflows)
- Support call‑and‑recall activity, test results, immunisations, and cytology administration
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative and a proactive approach to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard in line with procedures and service requirements

Knowledge
- MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant systems
- Medical terminology and NHS systems (desirable)
- Experience in NHS General Practice (desirable)
