Modality Partnership Walsall Division has a full-time vacancy for a Clinical Pharmacist on a fixed term contract for 1 year. The postholder will be a high performing Pharmacist and will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring safe and effective medication use, working across a dynamic Primary Care Network of six passionate General Practices within the West of Walsall. We have a dedicated, enthusiastic team of health care professional comprising of different skills, and specialities including Physiotherapists, Paramedics, a Pharmacist Technician, Social Prescribers and a Health Well-Being Coach.

This job is suitable for individuals who are career driven and have a passion for working in an agile manner, implementing solutions, delivering key organisational priorities and who are committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to improve patient care. Salary for role is from £45,000 per annum WTE depending on experience.
