Modality Partnership’s Hull Division is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Hub. You will support safe prescribing, medicines optimisation and patient care within a multidisciplinary team, working under the Lead Clinical Pharmacist to enhance prescribing processes across the Partnership.
You will contribute to structured medication reviews, audits, and use digital systems to improve access and efficiency, while collaborating with GPs, pharmacists, and administrators to deliver.
