We are seeking a compassionateand motivated GPwER to join our ADHD team on a full-time basis. They will play akey role in the day-to-day management of the assessment, monitoring and followup of patients with ADHD (and other neurodevelopmental disorders) for ModalityLLP. They will maintain and improve standards and the quality of patient carein relation to neurodevelopmental disorders practice.

Main duties of the job
The postholder willsupport delivery of the community ADHD service supervised by the consultantspecialist team. They will play a key role in the day-to-day management of theassessment, monitoring and follow up of patients with ADHD (and otherneurodevelopmental disorders) for Modality LLP. They will maintain and improvestandards and the quality of patient care in relation to neurodevelopmentaldisorders practice.
Our service model ismainly virtual whereby patients are assessed and managed using video andtelephone consultations. A laptop and appropriate mobile working equipment willbe provided.

Our service offer and expertise include:
- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
- A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
- Delivery of over 120,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week

Person Specification
Experience
- Minimum two years experience.
- Ability to demonstrate professional and clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with the post.
- Awareness of neurodevelopmental disorders, including experience in cross discipline and cross boundary working.
- Demonstration of involvement in innovations and the introduction of new practices.
- Experience of delivering education to patients and health professionals.
Skills
