This role is suited to individuals with a passion for working in an agile manner, delivering a high-quality administration service while supporting both clinical and non-clinical colleagues. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of services, contributing to meaningful improvements in primary care and patient outcomes.
This is a varied, non-patient-facing administration role providing essential back-office support across the division and Modality Practices. You will deliver an efficient administrative service, managing workloads, processing documentation accurately within agreed timescales, and communicating professionally with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
The role includes:
- Supporting meetings across Practices
- Preparing and managing medical and insurance reports
- Tracking progress and payments
- Coordinating records and documentation
- Supporting Practices with complaints administration
- Patient registrations including GP2GP workflows
- Call and recall processes such as test results, long-term condition management, childhood immunisations, and cytology
The role requires flexibility, initiative, and commitment. You will work resourcefully as part of a wider team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard in line with procedures, protocols, and service requirements.
