Ready to make an impact? Join Modality Partnership's Hull Division as a full‑time Capacity and Performance Officer based at West Hull Health Hub and Alexandra Road Health Centre. We’re looking for a highly organised, analytical individual who enjoys using data to drive operational decision‑making, improve service performance, and support patient access. This pivotal role supports effective patient service delivery through demand and capacity management, workforce planning, performance monitoring, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Working closely with the Head of Contracts and Performance, clinicians, operational managers, and administrative teams, you’ll align organisational capacity with patient demand, monitor performance, identify operational risks, and support contractual objectives. You’ll also support the Contract & Performance Officer with clinical systems reporting, QOF, LES, and other claims to maximise practice income streams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor appointment availability, demand, capacity, utilisation, and performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, pressures, risks, and opportunities
- Make operational decisions within agreed parameters
- Develop and forecast short, medium, and long‑term demand and capacity plans
- Improve capacity utilisation and service efficiency
- Produce reports and performance monitoring tools
- Support organisational, contractual, and operational performance
- Provide analysis for service reviews, improvement projects, and business planning
- Support QOF, LES, and contractual claims through reporting, validation, compliance, and income maximisation
- Support workforce planning through utilisation and capacity analysis
- Maintain reporting systems and data quality
- Monitor capacity thresholds, support interventions, and elevate quality, safety, capacity, or performance concerns
