We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual at Enki Medical Practice on a part time basis (24 hours per week) to support the timely and accurate processing of patient referrals to secondary care and external providers. If you are organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting patient pathways, we would love to hear from you., This is a varied, non-patient-facing administration role focused on managing referrals across the division. You will ensure referrals are processed accurately and within required timescales, based on clinical priority., This role requires a proactive, adaptable approach. You will work as part of a wider team to ensure referrals are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for individuals who are career-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines, playing a key role in improving patient care within Primary Care services., You will use referral systems and portals confidently, manage workloads effectively, and prioritise urgent requests. The role requires strong communication, diary management, IT, and organisational skills, along with the ability to work flexibly across sites when required.
