Modality LLP is a large-scale provider of NHS and private Outpatient Services, renowned for its innovative approach to delivering efficient pathways for patients requiring specialist care, leading to high-quality patient outcomes. We work in partnership with a number of hospitals and ICBs across the country to collaboratively redesign outpatient services with more care being delivered in community settings. We also deliver self-pay services for patients with private medical insurance and for those who wish to fund their own care.
We are seeking an experienced and driven operational leader to oversee the delivery of our NHS and private community outpatient services. This is a pivotal senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to lead high-performing teams while shaping innovative, patient-centred care pathways across a growing national organisation. Main duties of the job:
- RTT & Waiting List Management: Leading RTT compliance across all NHS services, ensuring accurate waiting list management and delivery of recovery plans.
- Contract Compliance: Acting as the operational lead for NHS Standard Contract delivery, ensuring all KPIs and activity targets are achieved.
- Service Delivery: Overseeing administrative and operational teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all sites.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitoring KPIs, driving accountability, and providing assurance reporting to the Executive Team and commissioners.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with commissioners, hospital partners, and clinical leads, including leading contract meetings.
- People Leadership: Managing senior operational leaders, supporting recruitment, and driving workforce development.
- Service Development: Supporting new service mobilisation and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, outcomes, and sustainability.

About us: Modality LLP is a provider of NHS community outpatient services within a number of regions across the UK. Our service offer and expertise include:
- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services.
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers.
- A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals.
- Delivery of over 160,000 patient consultations per year.
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week.
