We are seeking 2 x Lettings Administrators to join our team in Harrogate/Leeds, with travel across Moda neighbourhoods as required. The successful candidates will support leasing teams across the UK and work directly with our Head of Leasing on impactful, central projects that drive innovation and elevate the resident experience.

THE ROLE
As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of renting at Moda. Your responsibilities will include:
- Rent increase administration across all assets, serving S13 notices and system management.
- System administration and super user / admin of sales and PM systems.
- Legislation advisory support for on-site leasing teams – key contact within the business for all teams.
- Support onboarding of Tech including AI solutions for optimising enquiries, conversions and retention.
- System audits and tenancy check to ensure compliance.
- Tenancy progression support for teams at peak times which may include travelling occasionally to sites.
- Liaison with finance and on-site teams to manage rent collection and arrears.
- Supporting head of leasing in implementing leasing strategies.
- New property onboarding during mobilisations.
- Leasing supplier relationship including referencing partners and third party agents.
- Team training support.
- Head of Leasing/Asset management workstream support as needed.
- Marketing and property portal support for leasing teams during peak-season and annual leave coverage.
- Conducting move out surveys and updating PM software.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Property experience from BTR or agency background – ideally ARLA qualified.
- Experience with MRI/Hubspot an advantage.
- Friendly, professional, and solutions focused.
- Passion for property and excellent customer service.
- Calm under pressure, with high standards of integrity.
- Excellent communication—both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; property software knowledge a plus.
- Able to handle a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
