MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • P&L production and investor reporting packs
  • Provide support in the preparation of annual business plans
  • KPI & budget variance reporting
  • Reporting on deferred income and rent arrears
  • Performing and overseeing accounts receivable and payable duties
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns

EXPERIENCE

  • The candidate should be Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of working within accountancy and finance
  • Advantageous having a similar previous role within industry, particularly in the property management industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint - experience using property management software or Xero is preferred
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and an ability to handle advanced conversations in a professional and customer-focused manner
