About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Concession Manager to lead our team in Daniel of Windsor. As Concession Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of your concession by leading from the front, inspiring your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be commercially minded, organised and motivated by achieving results, whilst creating a positive and supportive environment for your team to thrive. What You'll be Doing

  • Leading, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
  • Recruiting, training and developing a high-performing team, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Driving sales, profitability and KPI performance, ensuring business objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities through effective stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Delivering and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
  • Managing back-of-house operations efficiently to support excellent customer service.
  • Supporting the delivery of company initiatives and retail strategy within your concession.
  • Managing payroll effectively to maximise productivity and control costs.
  • Completing accurate stock takes and maintaining excellent stock accuracy.
  • Ensuring all company policies, procedures and compliance standards are met.
