An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Retail Operations Assistant to join our Retail Team at Moda in Pelle\'s Head Office in Leeds. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to gain or grow their experience in retail operations within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Retail Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the Head of Retail and Area Managers to provide consistent administrative and operational support. You\'ll play a crucial part in helping our store teams operate efficiently and in line with company standards. This is a varied role with responsibilities ranging from coordinating retail events and managing communications to supporting store health and safety and handling property maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general administrative support to the Head of Retail, Area Managers, and store teams.

* Coordinate retail events including training meetings, store openings, and sale activity.

* Communicate weekly updates to stores via internal newsletters (Moda Monday).

* Manage and update retail operations files and training materials.

* Organise travel and accommodation for the retail team.

* Handle general store queries and act as the first point of contact.

* Oversee health and safety administration and ensure policy compliance across stores and Head Office.

* Assist with property-related tasks such as maintenance scheduling and liaising with contractors.

* Order and coordinate delivery of store supplies including POS materials, stationery, and consumables.

* Support marketing and promotional rollouts in stores.
