Ecommerce Trading Manager to join our Head Office team in Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ecommerce professional to drive the performance of our online business.
Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and Creative teams, you'll use data and commercial insight to optimise the customer journey, maximise online sales and deliver an exceptional digital shopping experience.
What you'll be doing Driving sales, conversion and profitability across our ecommerce channels.
Analysing website performance, customer behaviour and trading trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Producing daily, weekly and monthly trading reports with clear commercial recommendations.
Monitoring key ecommerce KPIs including conversion, average order value, traffic, revenue and margin.
Managing the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring product launches, campaigns and promotions are executed effectively.
Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams to optimise product performance and customer experience.
Identifying opportunities to improve onsite merchandising, navigation and product visibility.
Forecasting sales performance and making recommendations to maximise revenue.
Using customer insight and market trends to inform trading decisions.
Continuously reviewing website performance and implementing improvements to optimise the online customer journey.
