We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Footwear Technologist Admin Assistant to join our Product & QA team and support the delivery of exceptional product standards across our collections. What You'll be doing:

  • Managing and maintaining the product critical path to ensure deadlines are met
  • Supporting the Buying & QA teams with fit sessions and sample preparation
  • Recording and communicating sample feedback and approval comments to suppliers
  • Chasing samples and monitoring supplier timelines
  • Assisting with quality inspections of incoming products
  • Tracking faulty returns and working closely with repair and customer service teams
  • Monitoring return rates and collating customer feedback to support product improvements
  • Ensuring supplier compliance with quality standards and the Supplier Manual
  • Maintaining organised sample ranges and shared working spaces
  • Supporting third-party technical administration and product safety testing
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers through clear and effective communication
  • Identifying and escalating potential risks or quality issues proactively
