About Us: MOD LIGHTING is a rapidly growing eCommerce brand specializing in premium lighting solutions. We view lighting as an artistic expression of personality. Our entrepreneurial spirit drives us to innovate the lighting industry and redefine how people experience lighting in their homes. We’re on a mission to make MOD the premier destination for homeowners seeking modern, design-driven, and inspiring lighting solutions.

Who We Are Looking For: We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager — a data-driven, growth-minded professional with strong technical and analytical acumen — to own the performance, optimization, and continuous improvement of our website. You will lead CRO strategy, manage development workflows, and ensure our online experience converts visitors into loyal customers. You’ll be the bridge between marketing, creative, development, and analytics — driving decisions that improve conversion rates, site speed, and the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Performance & Optimization
    • Own the website’s core KPIs: Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), Revenue per Visitor (RPV), and overall user experience.
    • Manage and prioritize the CRO roadmap — including A/B tests, UX improvements, personalization, and data-driven experiments.
    • Oversee collaboration with external CRO and development agencies, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
    • Own all website analytics and reporting — continuously track performance, analyze customer behavior, and uncover insights that drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Lead the company’s understanding of website performance, acting as the main source of truth for funnel efficiency and digital experience success.
    • Conduct ongoing audits of user flows, mobile experience, and technical performance (speed, search, navigation, checkout).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency and conversion-focused design.
    • Translate creative and marketing concepts into seamless web experiences that maximize ROI.
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to align technical and content updates with organic growth strategies.
    • Partner with Operations to ensure smooth product launches, promotions, and merchandising updates.
  • Technical & Development Management
    • Manage the website backlog and ticketing system for feature requests, bug fixes, and CRO tests.
    • Coordinate between internal teams and the development agency to ensure timely releases and high-quality delivery.
    • Oversee implementation and optimization of tools such as Algolia, Rebuy, and CRO testing platforms.
    • Ensure analytics, tracking, and tagging are implemented correctly across all key funnels.
  • Data & Reporting
    • Build and maintain a Website Performance Dashboard tracking CVR, AOV, RPV, funnel performance, and user behavior.
    • Present insights monthly to leadership, turning data into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
    • Measure and report test results, synthesizing learnings into repeatable frameworks that scale over time.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • An ideal candidate:
  • 5+ years of experience managing eCommerce websites, ideally within high-growth DTC or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record improving website performance metrics (CVR, AOV, RPV, site speed).
  • Deep understanding of CRO methodologies, UX/UI best practices, and analytics interpretation.
  • Experience managing development teams or agencies and leading sprint or ticket-based workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (Plus preferred), GA4, Google Optimize / VWO, or similar testing tools.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS basics, CMS systems, integrations).
  • Experience with analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, GA4, Hotjar, Heap).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Passionate about delivering a seamless, high-performing customer experience.

We gladly welcome international applicants who meet the qualifications for this role.
