Are you an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer with a passion for renewable energy and offshore technology? Mocean Energy is seeking a talented professional to support the development of cutting-edge ocean energy products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and specify electrical systems for ocean energy projects
  • Produce design documentation, reports, and system schematics (2D software)
  • Interface with electrical contractors and review supplier documents
  • Develop test procedures and monitor system performance
  • Support QHSE with technical qualification and health & safety documentation
  • Work on site, offshore, and travel for supplier visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Systems, Automation & Control, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in power electronics and offshore electrical systems
  • 5+ years’ experience preferred, but all enthusiastic candidates encouraged to apply
  • Project management, installation, and instrumentation experience desirable
  • Understanding of generators, power converters, control, communication, and instrumentation systems
  • Experience applying codes, standards, and directives
