Key Responsibilities
You won't just be executing campaigns.
You will help build our proprietary suite of accelerators and internal tools, developing the software and systems that make delivery faster and smarter.
- CRM delivery
- Build and maintain journey flows, segmentation rules, campaign schedules, and deployment checklists.
- Coordinate campaign readiness across creative, data, content, QA, and client approval tracks.
- Translate strategy into clear operational requirements for platform and production teams.
- Quality and optimisation
- Validate links, tracking, audience rules, consent logic, and launch dependencies before deployment.
- Read campaign performance with strategists and document practical optimisation actions.
- Create clear handover notes so recurring work becomes faster and less fragile.
