Senior Project Manager – Transformation & Delivery

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead customer delivery and drive transformation within our Implementation function. This is a unique hybrid role that combines end-to-end project delivery with the opportunity to help evolve how we operate improving consistency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for delivering complex software and data projects to housing providers, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget execution. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in shaping delivery standards, optimising internal processes, embedding tooling, and contributing to the overall maturity of the PS function. You will also support the onboarding and development of junior team members as we grow the capability.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects across implementation, onboarding, and configuration phases
- Maintain project scope, timelines, risks, and financials, using agreed governance processes (RAID, status reports, etc.)
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure smooth handovers from Sales, and high-quality go-lives into Customer Success and Support
- Proactively manage customer expectations, escalations, and value realisation
Implementation Transformation
- Support the redesign and standardisation of project delivery frameworks
- Champion the use of PSA tooling, dashboards, templates, and automation
- Help develop and embed project governance standards across the PS team
- Contribute to resource planning, utilisation improvement, and forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to improve onboarding experience and reduce Time to Value
- Drive post-implementation analysis to feed lessons learned into continuous improvement loops
- Support onboarding and development of junior PMs or project coordinators
Qualifications and skills
Required
- 3–5 years of project management experience delivering SaaS, data or analytics products
- Strong experience in customer-facing project delivery and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience working in or alongside Professional Services in a software business
- Demonstrated involvement in transforming or improving delivery processes, tooling, or governance
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex
- Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
- Commercially aware – able to balance customer value with delivery margin
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Desirable
- Experience in the social housing, local authority, or public sector space
- Familiarity with PSA tools (e.g. Mission Control, OpenAir, Kantata, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- APM PMQ, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
