Overview
Turning Point is a leading Social Enterprise which supports people with a wide range of complex needs across Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Substance Misuse and Public Health. We are recruiting to work in our Rochdale and Oldham Active Recovery (ROAR) Substance Misuse Service as a Senior Administrator, where you will have the chance to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support who are experiencing difficulties from drugs and alcohol usage.

Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the smooth running of your own specific area in keeping with regulations and Turning Point policies and practices to provide efficient and high-quality service.
- Provide a comprehensive administration service by working closely with the Senior Management Team and, where appropriate, other colleagues to support and coordinate activities as required at both service hubs.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced senior administrator who is a confident communicator, able to prioritise a varied workload and provide wide-ranging administrative support while maintaining methodical attention to detail.
- Essential knowledge and experience of Word, Excel and other Microsoft systems; you will be trained on our data systems.
- Time management, organisational and IT skills are important, as well as strong communication and people skills. Dynamic and driven, you will be naturally positive and fit in well with the team.
