We’re growing and looking for a Brand & Social Strategist to join our fast-paced, hands-on CORE team. CORE is Moburst’s newest offering, designed for innovative early-stage startups. In this role, you will shape and bring to life brand strategies for startup clients across digital and social channels—translating big-picture brand thinking into clear communication, actionable briefs, and full alignment across internal teams.
What you will do:
Brand Strategy Development-Define brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and influencer strategies tailored to each client’s persona and goals.
Social Strategy & Content Oversight-Develop and hands-on manage social content calendars and campaigns, ensuring consistent, relevant messaging across platforms. Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and campaign performance, and derive insights to refine strategy.
Client Interaction & Consultation-Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Lead discovery sessions, explain strategic direction, and guide clients through the process from start to finish.
Operational Coordination-Act as an internal account manager, translating briefs into task-level direction and overseeing execution across internal teams and channels.
What do you need:
3+ years experience in brand strategy, social media management, or related agency roles.
Native or near-native English- Must
Proven ability to bridge brand thinking and social execution, translating strategy into actionable briefs and managing projects across multiple teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a confident client-facing presence
Experience creating content using Canva, CapCut or similar tools
Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to adapt quickly and work under tight timelines.
