We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery operations for one of our strategic clients. You’ll be the operational hub, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with Account Directors and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and manage projects, translating client goals into actionable timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and high-quality.
- Monitor daily progress, identify risks, and proactively solve blockers.
- Participate in client meetings, provide updates, and translate feedback into action items.
- Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and reporting for full transparency.
- Refine workflows and identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in marketing, creative, or digital agencies.
- Strong expertise in Asana or similar project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge creative, technical, and strategic stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; PMP or similar certification a plus.
