As a Workday Extend Architect You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Responsibilities:

  • Sharing leading practices and your experiences on integrating Workday with other systems, including rationalisation of the integration inventory
  • Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics across the integration domain
  • Lead Discovery session with client for each domain specific integration
  • Deliver requirements and design documents to developers
  • Managing and guiding a team of Workday Integrations consultants
  • Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
  • Active involvement in (pre-)sales activities to shape the right offering for our prospective clients
