From rough sketches to refined final decks, you'll own the visual journey, making confident decisions on composition, scale, and style. You’ll sit within the internal comms & culture team and partner with senior stakeholders across the entire business, playing a key role in delivering high‑impact projects and standout initiatives for the CEO and Founder. This role reports to the Director, Talent Development & Culture with a dotted line into our Brand Marketing team and will manage a Junior Video Editor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design (70%) – Lead the development, design and creation of high‑quality visual assets across all internal comms channels to include company‑wide presentations, exec decks, communication graphics, digital collateral and all internal brand assets. Responsibilities include full creative management and production of our quarterly all‑employee Company Meetings and internal building branding for eight sites.
  • Creative Direction – Video (30%) – Provide clear briefs and creative direction to a Junior Video Editor producing content for internal audiences. Oversee filming and post‑production to ensure high‑quality output.

  • Own It – Lead the design of internal communications from concept to delivery—owning layouts, typography, imagery, and visual flow.
  • Keep it Simple – Simplify complex messages into clear, compelling visuals, creating polished decks and materials that are easy to understand and impactful at every level of the business.
  • Better Together – Collaborate with senior stakeholders and partner with all teams across the business.

  • Design Software: Proficiency in industry‑standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Apple apps (such as Keynote).
