Apprenticeship delivery is a highly regulated, technically complex discipline that is critical to our ability to meet both internal demand and government compliance requirements. Delivering across Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds requires specialist expertise that cannot be easily resourced from the general recruitment market.
Specifically: levy management and compliance, complex apprenticeship contracting across Accenture and its acquisitions, and navigating an increasingly active regulatory environment.
Joy has built this capability over 10 years in the field, with two years applying it directly at Accenture. Replacing her would take an estimated 6-12 months given the scarcity of this skillset, creating material risk to delivery continuity and compliance during a period of ongoing regulatory change.
