Location: Newcastle Upon-Tyne

Hybrid Working: This role will require you to work from our Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park office 3 days per week.

Please note: Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history (typically including no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside of the UK) at the point of application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support successful delivery as part of the project management office for large scale, high‑complexity programmes
  • Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform programme strategy via relevant tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Own and manage end‑to‑end operational data for large projects or programmes of work
  • Work with delivery teams to understand status, issues, risks and put in place mitigation plans
  • Plan, budget creation, management and control using a bespoke suite of programme management tools; including setting up plans, tracking progress, and reporting variances.
  • Liaise with Commercial and Financial Management teams to ensure that programme and corporate finances are aligned and that the Programme is delivering to target
  • Manage internal and client stakeholder relationships
  • Responsible for identifying and driving continuous service improvement and process automation
