What You'll Do
- Partner with VC firms, portfolio company CxOs, and startup founders to develop and execute Salesforce and AI transformation strategies.
- Lead technical discovery, demo delivery, and proof‑of‑concept design tailored to the VC‑backed startup ecosystem.
- Design and architect Agentforce agent solutions – including topic structure, action definitions, and reasoning schemas – for VC‑backed customers at all growth stages.
- Design and execute scaled enablement programs – webinar series, onboarding cohorts, and hands‑on workshops – that activate and educate hundreds of portfolio companies.
- Drive Agentforce and Salesforce platform adoption in partnership with the AI SWAT team, helping startups build and deploy AI agents that accelerate their growth.
- Lead the design of AI‑powered, agentic enablement experiences that scale the Launchpad program across VC portfolios.
- Develop innovative digital front‑office solutions for VC‑backed companies across a variety of industries and growth stages.
- Build reusable playbooks, reference architectures, and demo environments that scale across VC portfolios – turning initial interest into active customers and engaged users.
- Serve as the technical voice of the VC segment internally, sharing standard methodologies and enabling the broader SE community.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of the venture capital and startup landscape – including funding stages, founder growth priorities, and how VC investors create value across their portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience in solution engineering, technical pre‑sales, or technical architecture – including discovery, live demo delivery, and POC scoping.
- Experience scoping and delivering Agentforce or AI proof‑of‑concepts with enterprise or high‑growth customers.
- A solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Agentforce.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences, including startup founders, portfolio company CxOs, and VC investors.
- Strong program design skills – comfortable building and executing scaled enablement programs across large, diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and executive presence – confident presenting in webinars, workshops, and one‑on‑one enterprise sales situations.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset – passionate about building at the intersection of program design, AI, and technical consulting.
- Experience with or exposure to Agentforce, Einstein, or other AI/agentic platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience working with or within VC‑backed startups or high‑growth tech companies is strongly preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist, or equivalent) preferred.
