Are you a skilled creative who loves transforming big ideas into bold, visually engaging content? As a Senior Designer at Global, you'll shape concepts into engaging presentations and design‑led experiences—carefully crafting layouts, typography, imagery, and flow with the audience always front of mind. From rough sketches to refined final decks, you'll own the visual journey, making confident decisions on composition, scale, and style.

You’ll sit within the internal comms & culture team and partner with senior stakeholders across the entire business, playing a key role in delivering high‑impact projects and standout initiatives for the CEO and Founder. This role reports to the Director, Talent Development & Culture with a dotted line into our Brand Marketing team and will manage a Junior Video Editor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design (70%) – Lead the development, design and creation of high‑quality visual assets across all internal comms channels to include company‑wide presentations, exec decks, communication graphics, digital collateral and all internal brand assets. Responsibilities include full creative management and production of our quarterly all‑employee Company Meetings and internal building branding for eight sites.
  • Creative Direction – Video (30%) – Provide clear briefs and creative direction to a Junior Video Editor producing content for internal audiences. Oversee filming and post‑production to ensure high‑quality output.

  • Deliver multiple projects, including our quarterly all‑employee Company Meeting, with your work shining across Global's internal comms channels.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of brand design, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Solid understanding of design principles and experience designing for various digital platforms and channels.
  • Design Software: Proficiency in industry‑standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Apple apps (such as Keynote).
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted creative partner to stakeholders, managing complex priorities with clarity, confidence, and a calm, solutions‑focused approach under pressure.
  • Productivity: Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and strategies.
