Your Role: Product Manager - AI

If you have a passion for harnessing AI to drive revenue growth and efficiency and excel at bridging user needs with technical possibilities to deliver real business impact, this role is for you. Embedded in our AI Integrations squad, you'll spearhead the delivery of AI-powered solutions from discovery to production.

Key Responsibilities (AI Product Owner)

  • AI Opportunity Scouting & Prioritisation (25%) – Hunt for high‑value AI use‑cases across Global, size the upside (revenue £ / hours saved), and build business cases.
  • Backlog Ownership & Delivery (25%) – Translate briefs into groomed epics and stories; drive features from MVP to production, tracking ROI gates.
  • Workflow Optimisation & Playbooks (20%) – Map “as‑is” processes, design automated “to‑be” flows, and publish reusable templates (data permissions, model‑eval checklists).
  • AI Evangelism & Enablement (15%) – Run “AI Clinics,” demos, and hands‑on workshops that excite teams to experiment safely with LLMs; issue a monthly AI‑radar briefing.
  • Rapid Self‑Service Prototyping (10%) – Solve quick‑win use‑cases (e.g., smart ChatGPT prompts) before they escalate to full squad delivery, keeping the roadmap focused on high impact.
