Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
The UKI AI Centre is a purpose-built environment designed to help customers experience, understand and apply AI in a meaningful way. It brings together immersive storytelling, interactive activations, digital experiences and high-impact moments that make the potential of trusted enterprise AI tangible.
We are looking for a senior experience designer with a passion for creating memorable, intuitive and well-crafted visitor experiences. In this role, you'll help shape how visitors see, feel, navigate and interact with the AI Centre. You'll work across spatial, digital and visual elements, creating an experience system that makes AI feel clear, relevant and engaging.
You’ll design visitor-facing experiences that can be used across a wide range of AI Centre visits. This includes interactive digital activations, touchscreen experiences, visual storytelling assets, environmental moments, navigation concepts and the look and feel of the Centre's digital interfaces.
Working as part of the AI Centre team, you'll partner across experience strategy, engagement strategy, engineering and programme leadership to turn ideas into polished, reusable experiences. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, translate complex AI concepts into clear interactions, and ensure that every visitor-facing asset feels purposeful, consistent and carefully considered.
This is a fast-paced, creative role where design thinking meets practical execution. The goal is to continually raise the standard of the Centre experience, creating a visitor journey that feels as considered, memorable and well-executed as the best executive briefing centres, innovation spaces, flagship retail and exhibition environments.
You want to make a difference by designing experiences that help people see, understand and engage with AI in new ways. You care deeply about how an experience looks, feels and flows, and you know how to turn complex ideas into clear, useful and memorable moments.
- Experience Designer: You think end-to-end, considering how visitors move through a space, interact with content and connect with the story being told.
- Visual Storyteller: You use design, layout, hierarchy, motion, imagery and tone to make complex ideas feel clear and engaging.
- UI/UX Thinker: You understand how to design digital interfaces, interaction patterns and user journeys that feel simple, polished and purposeful.
- Creative Problem Solver: You can turn ambiguity into structure, bringing fresh ideas and practical solutions to design challenges.
- Connector & Collaborator: You work well across disciplines, partnering with strategists, engineers, programme leads and subject matter experts to create joined-up experiences.
- Quality Champion: You have a high bar for detail and consistency, making sure every visitor-facing asset feels considered and well executed.
You’ll also have a strong sense of curiosity and a passion for how AI, design and storytelling can come together to create meaningful experiences. Be comfortable moving between big-picture experience design and detailed UI/UX decisions. Enjoy creating visual systems, digital interactions and design patterns that feel polished, intuitive and consistent.
You're interested in how AI can be made tangible and engaging through thoughtful experience design, designing journeys that combine physical space, digital interaction and visual storytelling, and creating interfaces, activations and visual assets that help people explore complex ideas in simple, intuitive ways.
Your values include showing up with curiosity, authenticity and a strong sense of ethics, designing with purpose, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Required experience includes significant experience in experience design, UI/UX design, service design, product design, interaction design, visual design or a related creative discipline. Proven ability to design end-to-end experiences across physical environments, digital interfaces and visual content.
Measures of success include visitors experiencing the AI Centre as a joined-up, polished and intentionally designed environment, and digital and interactive experiences being easy to use, visually strong and aligned with the Centre's purpose.
As this role is focused on the physical AI Centre visitor experience, regular presence in the Centre will be required, with an expectation of at least three days per week on site.
