We're looking for an experienced Producer to join the world-class team at Capital and take creative ownership of high-profile network shows featuring some of the biggest names in radio. You'll be the driving force behind Capital Drive with Will Manning and Capital Late Show with Sonny Jay - shaping the sound, crafting the content, and delivering the moments that millions of 15‑34s talk about. Key Responsibilities
- Project Producer (20%) - You'll be plugged in to the wider Capital brand team and exposed to many exciting opportunities to grow and develop your career.
- Network Show Producer (80%) - Produce Capital Drive with Will Manning and Capital Late Show with Sonny Jay - owning the creative direction and delivering standout daily content. This will include:
- Handling the live studio environment for one of Capital's flagship network shows.
- Mentoring, guiding and giving feedback to presenting talent during and after live broadcasts.
- Delivering show briefs in line with broader Capital priorities and audience insights.
- Producing, collating and distributing all relevant scripts and show planning documents daily.
- Scripting and coordinating the delivery of high‑quality Branded Content features.
- Working closely with Capital's digital team to create content that drives engagement on Global Player.
