You will support a wide range of stakeholders across The Walt Disney Company, delivering tactical, operational and strategic threat assessments and intelligence to protect employees, assets, activities, guests and the Disney brand. You will lead and continuously enhance the event and site threat assessment programme, with a particular focus on medium- and high-threat environments across EMEA. In addition, you will provide critical support during crisis situations, including contributing intelligence assessments to crisis management responses. Working closely with the Senior Intelligence Manager and EMEA Security leadership, you will translate complex threat data into clear, actionable insights — ensuring senior stakeholders understand both the threats and what they mean for the business.

What You Will Do
- Threat Identification, Analysis & Reporting: Produce timely, accurate, forward-looking intelligence assessments and updates on developing situations. Monitor and assess emerging and evolving threats across EMEA, anticipating potential scenarios and risks. Translate complex information into clear, actionable intelligence tailored to stakeholders to support EMEA Security Operations and leadership decision‑making.
- Writing & Briefing: Produce high-quality written reports and deliver verbal briefings to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. Clearly articulate “what this means for the business”, ensuring intelligence is impactful and decision‑oriented.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain trusted relationships across TWDC and with external partners, including relevant government and corporate entities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify intelligence requirements aligned to business priorities and the threat landscape. Support the Senior Intelligence Manager in shaping regional intelligence outputs and priorities.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Geopolitical risk, terrorism and civil unrest, activism and crime, political and economic instability, cultural and societal trends, emerging threats, including those linked to climate change, contextualising threats specifically to company operations, personnel and assets.
Required Experience & Skills
