About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

The Mission

At Salesforce, we believe AI is only as powerful as the trusted context that supports the actions it takes. We are looking for you to lead the charge in the Agentic Era, building deep specialism in Agent Fabric - the governance and orchestration layer that lets AI act safely and effectively inside the enterprise. You'll already be hands-on building agents and naturally curious; what matters most is capability in adjacent disciplines such as AI agent orchestration, LLM governance and guardrails, and MCP and A2A, plus the aptitude to build Agent Fabric expertise on the job. MuleSoft's integration and API backbone gives agents the trusted context and connectivity they need; your job is to turn that foundation into governed, orchestrated, real-world business results.

The Role: Value Ownership & Technical Partnership

As a Consumption Value Manager, you own the business outcomes of MuleSoft adoption across your accounts, working in close technical partnership with the customer's own teams and building enough yourself to speak their language. As a crucial member of the account teams, you'll use your experience and leading AI tools to build and nurture relationships directly with customers, across Salesforce and the ecosystem. This is a customer-facing role. You will work directly with a set of customers, empowered to manage your portfolio autonomously to achieve the business goals. This role is rooted in stewardship informed by technical fluency; you will be responsible for the adoption and orchestration maturity of MuleSoft solutions including Agent Fabric within our most strategic accounts - building proofs-of-concept and prototypes yourself where they accelerate consumption and value, diagnosing where deeper governance or orchestration gaps sit, and directing the right capability to close them - and for the growth, health and retention that follows from getting that right.

You will act as a business partner to sales leaders, acting as the value and adoption anchor for MuleSoft across their entire territory. You are driving the business and your technical fluency means you can hold your own in a room with architects and enjoy getting hands-on. You bring the information and insights that matter, proactively highlighting where interventions are needed and identifying the customer stories that inspire others. Your goal is to ensure that no customer is left behind and that every organisation recognises the transformative value of their investment in governed, orchestrated AI agents.

Your Impact

  • Proactive Stewardship: You'll manage a set of accounts, balancing and prioritising your time to build a range of relationships, gather key insights and deliver business impact.
  • Innovation: Your use of Data & AI tools (both existing and ones you'll create; at Salesforce you have access to the latest tools: Claude, Gemini, Cursor and more) to monitor consumption patterns across your accounts enables you to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks. You'll be with the customer and celebrate new milestones of business outcomes together.
  • Show not Tell: You'll be hands-on with the various products, leading demos and building proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate how to solve new business problems.
  • Hands On Depth: Beyond demos, you'll build real fluency in MuleSoft's solutions including Agent Fabric - understanding the governance and orchestration detail well enough to guide the conversation and understand when to dig-in versus bringing in the right specialist.
  • Value Realisation: Turn technical potential into business outcomes. Your influence and communication skills help stakeholders see the direct line between Data, Integration, Agentic Orchestration and ROI to get buy-in for transformation.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a strategic consultant to sales leaders, providing holistic insights into account health and territory trends to ensure sustainable commercial relationships.
  • Lead the Ohana: Work in a highly supportive environment where you help "write the manual" for this new phase of growth, adopting and sharing best practices across a diverse, global team.

Who You Are

We are looking for people who balance a high bias for action with deep empathy for the customer journey.

  • The Systems Thinker: You have a proven track record (typically 5-7+ years) in customer-facing solutioning or consulting. You understand enterprise IT and how applications and data connect together with APIs providing the context that powers AI. You understand how business processes turn into agentic actions that need orchestration and governance, and you have the technical curiosity to quickly build real fluency in how MuleSoft's Agent Fabric governance and orchestration model works, even without prior hands-on exposure to it.
  • The Do-er: You bring demonstrated hands-on depth in a related discipline - Agentic technical capabilities such as AI agent orchestration, LLM governance/guardrails or MCP and A2A - with the technical aptitude to ramp quickly into MuleSoft's Agent Fabric. We're hiring for transferable technical depth and fast ramp-up.
  • Customer-First: You want to influence outcomes and see them through to fruition. Being given ownership of a territory and the autonomy to drive its success motivates you.
  • The Insight Specialist: You are comfortable with data and metrics, but your real strength is translating that information into a compelling narrative.
  • The Collaborative Influencer: You are comfortable working across virtual teams. With customers, you can facilitate a deep technical session with architects and the CTO and then lead a value-alignment meeting with a platform or program lead.

Our Commitment to Equality

Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer. We prioritise Values & Behaviours because we believe a diverse team builds more resilient systems. If you are passionate about customer outcomes, integrity, and building sustainable business relationships, you belong here.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
