What we're looking for
We're looking for a confident, commercially minded pub leader who loves being at the heart of a busy operation.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Pub Manager or experienced Assistant Manager ready for their next step.
- Experience leading a busy hospitality, retail or leisure business.
- A strong commercial mindset and an eye for opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
- The ability to recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High standards and attention to detail.
- The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and get stuck in.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
- A Personal Licence, or the ability to obtain one.
