As a Warehouse Operative at Global, you’ll support the efficient day-to-day running of our warehouse operation, helping to receive, process, organise, and dispatch materials for outdoor advertising campaigns. You’ll play an important part in making sure campaign materials are handled accurately, safely, and on time, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, couriers, and fixers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations: Manage the movement of campaign materials in and out of the warehouse, including receipting, identifying, collating, palletising, labelling, and preparing stock for collection or onward distribution.
  • Stock Accuracy & Systems: Process materials and information accurately across Global systems, match items to campaign bookings, investigate discrepancies, and issue work instructions to fixing teams where required.
  • Operational Support & Compliance: Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised warehouse, complete scheduled equipment and infrastructure checks, respond to operational queries, and support wider delivery activity including audits, maintenance, driver cover, and specialist campaign work as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Warehouse or Process Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.

  • Organisation & Attention to Detail: A careful, methodical approach to stock handling, system updates, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Teamwork & Flexibility: A positive, collaborative attitude, with willingness to support others and cover a range of operational tasks when needed.
  • Initiative & Reliability: Confidence to work independently, solve problems, and take responsibility for delivering work safely and on time.
  • Practical Requirements: A full clean manual driving licence is required; a forklift truck licence, First Aider training, and GCSE-level education or equivalent are desirable.
